If you truly want to change something about yourself, take hold of a persons hand that has in some way or another achieved parts or all of the goals that you plan to achieve. I’ve found in the past 2 years that I’ve been able to succeed in losing over 100 lbs from support from friends and family. I believe without their support I would’ve been less likely to achieve my goals.
